Getting started

Sign in

1. Open app.itvated.com.
2. Enter your work email and choose Continue.
3. Enter your password and choose Sign in.

ITvated access is issued through your organization. If you cannot sign in and have never had an account, ask your ITvated organization administrator to give you access. There is no public sign-up.

If you forget your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and enter your work email.
2. Open the email you receive and follow its link. The link can be used once and expires after one hour.
3. Choose a new password. It must be between 12 and 128 characters.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, look in your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, ask your administrator to reset your access.

Two-step protection

If your account is protected with an authenticator app, ITvated asks for a code when you sign in. Resetting your password does not turn that protection off.

Staying signed in

For your security, ITvated signs you out after a period of inactivity (60 minutes by default). Sign in again to carry on. Anything you had open is not lost on the server, but unsaved text in a form may be.
